building administrator, in accordance with the provisions of Article .1131, paragraphs 2 and 3 cod. Civ., can also form in court and appeal the unfavorable ruling without prior authorization of the assembly, but must, if so, obtain the necessary ratification by the shareholders of its work to avoid the imposition of inadmissibility of incorporation or appeal.
