From Genoa, 'with its music junctions', came gli SCORTILLA , una favolosa formazione di chiaro stampo 'New Wave' , che proprio agli albori degli Anni '80 ebbe modo di consumare brevi momenti di gloria e meritato successo , almeno nell'ambito del 'sottosuolo' nazionale .
Nati nel capoluogo Ligure sul finire del '79 , la formazione Genovese era costituita da Roberto Pischiutta detto 'Pivio' (voce , tastiere) , Marco Odino (tastiere , chitarre , drum machine) , Mario Marchesoni (basso) e Edo Livio Bartenor (sax , tastiere) .
gli Scortilla (il termine viene dal Latino e significa 'prostituta' , matrice linguistica del più aggiornato 'escort') , si imposero fin dai primi tumultuosi concerti all'attenzione degli addetti ai lavori e della stampa locale come gruppo guida della New Wave Genovese (contrapposti ai Dirty Actions , più preposti al grezzo sound Punk) .
Il sound del progetto Scortilla nasce probabilmente ispirato inizialmente dal Post Punk/Dark britannico e dalla No Wave newyorchese (i primi Cure , Siouxsie & the Banshees ed i Contortions di James Chance) , sviluppatosi lentamente all'interno del loro quartier generale , il mitico Psyco Club di Genova .

Back to the '80s Italian. From Genoa, 'with its music junctions', came gli SCORTILLA , una favolosa formazione di chiaro stampo 'New Wave' , che proprio agli albori degli Anni '80 ebbe modo di consumare brevi momenti di gloria e meritato successo , almeno nell'ambito del 'sottosuolo' nazionale .
Nati nel capoluogo Ligure sul finire del '79 , la formazione Genovese era costituita da Roberto Pischiutta detto 'Pivio' (voce , tastiere) , Marco Odino (tastiere , chitarre , drum machine) , Mario Marchesoni (basso) e Edo Livio Bartenor (sax , tastiere) .
gli Scortilla (il termine viene dal Latino e significa 'prostituta' , matrice linguistica del più aggiornato 'escort') , si imposero fin dai primi tumultuosi concerti all'attenzione degli addetti ai lavori e della stampa locale come gruppo guida della New Wave Genovese (contrapposti ai Dirty Actions , più preposti al grezzo sound Punk) .
Il sound del progetto Scortilla nasce probabilmente ispirato inizialmente dal Post Punk/Dark britannico e dalla No Wave newyorchese (i primi Cure , Siouxsie & the Banshees ed i Contortions di James Chance) , sviluppatosi lentamente all'interno del loro quartier generale , il mitico Psyco Club di Genova .
Contemporaneamente divenne inderogabile , da buon gruppo Wave , l'incontro con la Synth Wave (per cui Devo , Human League , Ultravox e Simple Minds tanto per citare qualche gruppo) , crescendo di pari passo all'introduzione dei sintetizzatori che sostituirono le chitarre e con testi indirizzati verso hyper-technological society.

the EU Commission ready to review the Insurance Mediation Directive (IMD), better known in Italy under the acronym DMA (Insurance Mediation Directive).
Last November 26 was launched for public consultation on the review with an invitation to interested parties to comment on the current functioning of insurance, and suggest possible changes in preparation for the DMA II.
The Directorate General Internal Market and Services European Commission trust to receive important contributions from this consultation, the evidence base for the preparation of a formal Commission proposal that would incorporate the needs that emerged after the introduction of Directive 2002/92/EC.

Secondo i servizi della D.G. mercato interno della Commissione, i consumatori hanno una comprensione ancora insufficiente dei rischi, i costi e le caratteristiche dei prodotti assicurativi, la Direttiva in questo senso dovrebbe correggere i significativi conflitti di interesse, ad esempio, quando la retribuzione e gli incentivi sono più alti per la vendita di alcuni prodotti assicurativi in confronto con altri. In the sixth and final group of questions, the Commission is a need to make more transparent the financial promotion of life insurance products. The insurance companies or financial intermediaries offering life insurance policies (PRIPs) will necessarily ensure that the customer receives information regarding the remuneration (making clear the difference between the premium paid and the portion of the premium actually invested). The orientation is to provide remuneration structures that will have a significant impact on the ability of intermediaries to act in the best interest of the customer, structuring the remuneration so as to prevent or effectively manage conflicts of interest that may arise.
Questions: What are the practical challenges that you think should be addressed when drafting new legislation on the distribution of PRIPs insurance? What are the most important practical issues to consider when applying the benchmark MiFID PRIPs to sell?
All interested parties are invited by the Commission to answer questions posed in the consultation document. In particular it is expected that the intermediary associations are particularly active in taking part in public consultation at Community level in order to address what he has found the answer to many difficulties at national level. Other 'enigmatic' Artist of the almost forgotten.
From Rome, FLAVIO Jura is an Italian singer among the finest and most misunderstood, particularly by the artist and inspired by the few commercial success.
son of a diplomat (his father was consul in Uruguay), brother of Juror Blasco (director of photography and film technician for several films, including 'Cinema Paradiso' Tornatore) and Luke Juror (journalist and television presenter nice, 'icon Gaffe' for many satirical broadcasts), Flavio began his career as Juror Author (in '74 writes for the talented Anna Melato), then decides to venture into the first person in the Songwriters and in 1978, through a contract with Ricordi Records, debuted with his first longplaying titled "For trivial reasons."
A very nice disc, a 'concept album' based on the story of a boy who lives most age groups during the 'decades' and the outbreak of World War II album by the texts sung partially in Romanesco, which tell the chronicle of life of that period when it comes to horrors and ruins, emotions, love and dating, in a strange album, passionate and brave, whose songs include "The Swift", "What do you know", "History of an inn "and the title track. you patiently space in Italian music, original composition by way of a voice and a particular and poignant.
In 1982, after five years from the first job, thanks to Cgd released their second album, "The Diver," perhaps his most important work, drive dynamics and social atmospheres, which intersect in the Popular Song, Country, Rock and Author of Folk, with twelve songs in it, including reads, "Valterchiari", "Room of the South", "Orbetello wings and names", "catch the water" and the title track "The Diver".
Excellently composed and arranged, thanks to the program 'Mr. Fantasy', conducted by Carlo Massarini, which transmits the video during episodes of some of the songs on the disc, the abum extremely successful both critically from the commercial point of view. Flavio
Juror while doing concerts, it is still a rather 'reserved', preferring the music sung with television appearances, a true 'anomaly' in those early '80s, in which the public image began to have some relief . Juror
continues its record production in 1984, again for the CGD, public "Marco Polo", his third album, a very experimental album that sees him joined by Toto Torquati (to which I have already spent the previous post Pinzillacchere) but the operation will prove to be an unfair 'Caporetto' music when it comes to sales, this deficit is the probable cause of the rupture of relations with the label.
An album that still personally recommend to re-evaluate (it was reissued, but it is hard to find, as all his discography). Despite the silence
record lasted for all of the '90s, Flavio Juror continued to write songs and play live for the sheer pleasure of it.
In 2001, through Vitaminic, comes "The Book of singer-songwriter" and thanks to some songs such as "Ustica" and "The ufficialino", draws the attention of your audience is now lost, taking the live activity and then publishing in 2004 a live album attached to a volume of short stories by some Italian writers such as Aldo Nove and Gianrico Carofiglio inspired Singer / Songwriter of the best-known songs ('The Diver - Stories and opinions about Flavio Juror').
In 2007, the Interbeat published his last work (the title is the same as that released in 2002 for Vitaminic), in which there are songs from unreleased and some as "The Temptation", "The case Nesta" " Dinosaurs "and" Julie White, "the latter dedicated to Pasolini.
Totally absent from the media circuit and the 'delivery', FLAVIO CERTIFIED remains an important presence in the Italian Music, whose only misfortune was likely to be 'out of sync' with the spirit of that period, which was perhaps too far, then, today it is completely forgotten by the mainstream media, as often happens to those who work honestly and with passion in music, never too crear 'hype'.
